How to delete gmails:
You can set the left swipe to delete by going to settings at the bottom of the left panel then changing the swipe actions.
This does not seem to work for drafts. To delete drafts from the drafts folder tap the left icon so that a tick appears then you can select all and delete.
Create GMail icon on desktop:
To get a Gmail icon on your Windows taskbar, you can create a Gmail shortcut and pin it to the taskbar:
Open Gmail by going to mail.google.com in Chrome
Click the More button in the top right corner of Chrome
Click Cast, save and share
Click Create Shortcut
Name the shortcut, such as “Gmail”
Click Create and it is added to the desktop
Now you can pin to start or pin to taskbar by right clicking
